Seaview is a 2 storey self catering house, it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
The house is very well equipped throughout, with the provision of all bedding, linen and towels included in the price.
Heating options include open coal fire in lounge with electric convetor/fan heaters and night storage heaters throughout the house.
£10 starter of electricity is included in price - more meter tokens can be purchased.

GROUND FLOOR - LOUNGE, KITCHEN & BATHROOM

Lounge/dining area includes Sky TV, open fire and wonderful sea views.
Kitchen has electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and ample storage.
Bathroom has electric shower over bath.

UPSTAIRS - 3 Bedrooms (sleeping 6)

The front bedroom has a double bed and stunning sea views.
Two back bedrooms, each with twin single beds.

Please note that a deposit of £25, included in the total price, will be required to confirm booking.

WEEKLY PRICES RANGE FROM A MINIMUM OF £230 TO A MAXIMUM OF £400.
This is dependent on date in season and number in party.
